A grand first year as Publican Enemy, with some nice pubs visited and stories had. There was the best Guinness in Spain with other Colm in Bilbao, the Gibraltar Super-Irish mega Craic-O Drome  pub, the lovely ‘James Joyce’ overlooking the Acropolis, plus a host of other  pubs that people sent on to me , including the Brazilian Irish Beach Bar, taking the Irish pub into strange new territory. In Budapest, the Hungarian ruin bars were so good that I didn’t even make it to the Irish ones, and then I rounded off the year with a host of Kerry’s finest pubs. Having visited over 9 this year, this leaves only 357,459 more Irish pubs to visit worldwide.  Who knows where 2018 will take me? Wherever Ryanair has cheap tickets probably . But t’was an absolute pleasure to visit each one and thanks to those who came with me and got a round. Thanks all for reading .
